Bird of Paradise Flow: 60mins
This pose is beautifully complex. We will take a deep dive into the hips, hamstrings, and inside legs. Then opening the side body as well as finding a deep rotation to bind the arms. What can add more challenge, is the balance and stability needed to rise up into the pose and then gracefully come down again. Sounds interesting?
