Side Body Reset : 50min Practice
In our yoga practice, we tend to focus a lot on the front and back of the body. However, building strength and creating space along the sides of our body can bring more balance to the practice. This flow is a gentle step by step using that focus of the side body to build you towards the beautiful backbending of Ardha Chandra Chapasana, to the deep folding of Paschimottanasana. Having more awareness along the outer ‘seams’, can benefit your whole practice immensely.
