Yin Fusion: Create Space


There are many ways we can incorporate yin energy into your regular Yoga practice. This class is a fusion of some different styles, including mobility work, myofascial release, and poses with longer holds. With a focus on the hips, we will fine-tune our proprioception, gaining greater awareness of the movements we are making and how we place each part of the body. With the hips being a more challenging part of the body for most of us, this practice will leave you feeling more grounded, calm and give you a greater sense of space.
