Sequencing towards Splits


This complex pose is one to take your time with, using props when necessary so that you have options to find your unique form of the pose. There are plenty of variations and many small steps to help you understand what actions to work with as you progress in the sequence. Enjoy the practice :-)

Each layer gives more information, offers more depth, builds more heat & more understanding of your own body. As cliché as it sounds, you want the path to be able to give your students more rather than just the satisfaction of the pose.
